It’s really important to comment. The H1B visa workers are flooding the public comment space. American citizens are being discriminated against - hiring and civil rights violations that no other group could afford. Visa holders need to leave the country if they are no longer are employed. Otherwise the cartel jumps in to navigate to other visas.
USCIS is deciding whether to end the 60-day grace period for H-1B visa holders who lose their jobs. If repealed, they lose legal status & must leave the U.S. immediately.

Our immigration system is broken. These visas are supposed to be temporary, yet people stay for 10, 15, or more years, have children here who automatically become citizens, undercut salaries, take jobs, and consume public resources.
End H-1B and student visas for countries like India and China that compete directly with the U.S.

I looked more into this and get training sessions are from 90 minutes to 2 hours on Zoom, with breakout groups. Also in person trainings are held. She said they’ve trained about 30,000 people across all 50 states
She has a website and an online form to signup and grow their resistance

Arlington’s Commonwealth’s Attorney testified that her office has a DUI policy specifically for DACA recipients. In a small number of cases, prosecutors have considered changing a DUI to a different first-degree misdemeanor so the defendant can renew DACA status. (We don’t have first-degree misdemeanors - they are called Class 1 misdemeanors - surprised an elected prosecutor doesn’t know that).
She says the defendant is still held accountable and the original DUI charge remains visible. But DACA status is a factor in the plea resolution, one that an American citizen charged with the same offense cannot invoke.

At a million each that is not chump change
Now I’m pretty good with technology but at nearly 69 nobody is going to hire me if I’m being realistic and a social security check of $1,419 per month is not enough to live on
This leaves me thinking if I had $20,000 operating capital, I could at least fix mowers to make extra money
1) five thousand for a good lift table
2) five thousand for dual axle trailer with ramp and winch
3) ten thousand operating capital
Problem is with 23 years of very little work my credit has been destroyed so I’m not eligible for a SBA or any loan
I bring this up because this is what most Americans are facing

One of his trans students is walking around his campus glorifying the assassination of Charlie Kirk.
Our Department of Education is currently shoving $237 MILLION into their sweaty hands.

🚨Fairfax County Supervisor Andres Jimenez who was clocked driving 104 mph in a 70 next to a school bus got a great deal in court.
His reckless driving criminal charge, which carried potential jail time, was reduced all the way down to an improper driving traffic infraction. Improper driving is several steps below reckless driving and carries no jail time.
For comparison, in 2014, Washington Nationals outfielder Jayson Werth was convicted of reckless driving and sentenced to 10 days in jail for driving his Porsche over 100 mph on the Capital Beltway (Source: ESPN). Fairfax County General District Court Judge Penney Azcarate said at the time that the jail sentence was appropriate given the excessive speed.

This is a direct violation of that oath.
It is treason.
