“We’ll get there in the end” - Translation: We’ll get somewhere in the end. Maybe not where we wanted to be, but somewhere. In fact, there’s a high chance we’ll be in a worse place than where we started, but at least we’ll definitely be there, and no one can argue with that.

Things said by nearly all Brits about the weather this weekend:
1. “I can’t believe how nice it is!”
2. “There’s people outside in shorts”
3. “It makes such a difference, doesn’t it?”
4. “We could eat outside”
5. “Actually it’s not that warm”
6. “Shall we go in?”
So that's another rejection from #LondonMarathon2022, no real surprise there. Onwards & upwards, #Rome marathon in 11 days 😁 Dano #running
Still waiting on @LondonMarathon ballot results. Anyone got theirs yet? Dano #LondonMarathon #running
That was a hard 13 mile trail run. #Marathon training doesn't get any easier. #romemarathon

First run for several weeks due to injuries, felt good to get back out there even though the fitness levels were at zero. Onwards & upwards. Dano #running

I can’t believe it’s been 10 years since Gary Speed’s death.
I hope this helps someone…

Good luck to all #londonmarathon2021 #runners on Sunday. My 1st ever race back in 2011 so slightly jealous but will be watching with my feet up & a brew. Dano @LondonMarathon
