We don’t need to educate women runners on safety. Women know how to be safe. No amount of mace or running in populated areas will fix the underlying issues. Do better.

Got to do this fun piece about getting outside and getting fit! If you need some motivation (🙋♀️) maybe this will help! @wsoctv @ASCGreenway @usnwc @NovantHealth @runCLTrun

X, baby.
My goal in life is to constantly challenge myself. Dew point at 68 this morning, was a challenge! 🤣🤣🤣 35 days til @ATC10k @runCLTrun #HeatOverHumidity
Don’t know who needs to read this (a-hem, @everyracedirector): unisex race shirts are not cool. Women should not have to default to men’s fit. If you don’t offer both at least offer an option to opt out. Thanks for the reminder, @ultra_sophie & for sharing her message, @Strava
When a falling leaf hits you in the face on your run, it’s going to be a good one. 🍂

#barkleymarathons
Surprise! The Barkley Marathons have started. A few unwritten rules:
1. @keithdunn will have all the updates
2. Don’t “out” people as running unless they’ve made it public before (e.g., Jasmin, Harvey)
3. Keith won’t give names unless/ until they finish a loop/tap out
