This is a great project, the other partners involved are @srsRANProject @DellTechIreland @TyndallInstitut and @VMwareIreland. We’ll be looking at #OpenRAN end to end.
A new project, led by researchers from @connect_ie and @tcddublinscss, which involves @intel and other key industry partners, is targeting significant energy reduction in mobile networks.

What do #OpticaMembers do? Marco Ruffini (@ruffinim) is a principal investigator at @connect_ie who studies optical access networks.
For example, his work includes studying the coexistence of optical networks & the cloud for requirements in #5G & #6G.

Oh, who would have said that? 9 months of a useless review to find out that PhD salaries well below minimum wage make little sense ... just do what @tcddublin did 6 months ago, bring them to 25k!!!

So proud of my husband and partner in crime, for receiving this award 😊.
And only 2 weeks after being nominated for DCU President’s Award for Teaching Excellence!
I might be a bit biased, but can't think of a more worthy recipient!
