Four years in the U.S. πΊπΈ

i tested sketch β AI filmmaking using a lake scene inspired by my first tahoe trip with @freepik
only 3 scenes were needed to go from sketch β cinematic video
this is way simpler than most people think
hereβs exactly what worked β
the shift happening in AI filmmaking:
less about generating random visuals
more about designing scenes intentionally
sketch β lock environment β add motion β add perspective
thatβs basically a mini film pipeline now
If you want to generate more and pay less, @freepik is the best option to get started with!
Same price but way more generation power is a huge win.
Feels like the barrier to just trying ideas keeps getting lower!
Really enjoyed spending time with builders as a hackathon judge and guest speaker in Bengaluru + Hyderabad this month! β¨
The thing I keep noticing: mentorship is a default here.
When people share resources and context fast, learning cycles shrink and shipping speeds up.
My product launch got a CEO keynote spotlight at @awscloud re:Invent, announced by Matt Garman, and it was my first PMM launch at AWS π§‘
We launched something I am incredibly proud of: Amazon EC2 Trn3 UltraServers, along with an early look at what is coming next with Trainium4!
This milestone meant a lot, personally and professionally. I have come a long way from Mumbai to Silicon Valley, and moments like this remind me why I kept pushing.
Being a Product Manager right now = constant chaos.
Whatβs helped me most this year is running my entire product workflow in @MiroHQ, from research to roadmap to delivery, instead of 6 different places.
I also use Miro to concept before design is free:
- Turn requirements into quick flows
- Create simple prototypes for feedback
- Align eng + stakeholders on βwhat weβre actually buildingβ
It saves a ton of back-and-forth later.
The big win is fewer misaligned launches, faster decisions, and teams that actually feel on the same page.
