Surely that’s not right?! I think if the customs fee comes to a lot of money, they should expect that it will due to what they’re sending and they should pay it? Bc effectively you’re still paying for the products you’ve been sent for free😂 I’m intrigued to see what it is now!!

not sure if you’d be able to do this due to covid right now, but when I had a package with a fee I went to the local Royal Mail office and asked to see the box to have a look and see if there was a sending address on the top? As I knew sometimes it says morphe on top etc 💞
