We are on the same side…. The fans have no idea if you guys knew the problems that they were facing with streaming Masterpiece…a quick acknowledgment or statement would’ve been nice that’s all.

We’ve been asking for at least a statement. Please understand that we’re concerned too since we really don’t know what’s going on 🙏🏽
@JAYBUMAOM I know you’re always lurking around here, and you are the CEO. Can you please do something or at least bring this to the attention of the ppl in charge?
We’re still in the first week of release and less than 2 weeks away from the comeback, this is seriously harmful. Shotties have been doing everything they can to get answers. At this point, we’re begging to know if the company is even working on a fix @MOREVISIONKR @JAYBUMAOM
@MOREVISIONKR
LNGSHOT’s “Masterpiece” remains unavailable on major streaming and social media platforms (Spotify, YouTube Music, Apple Music, TikTok, Instagram..) in Korea, Europe, Africa, and other regions.
We kindly request an official statement on the situation:
• Confirm that you are actively working to resolve the availability of the pre-release single “Masterpiece” across streaming and social media platforms so all Shotties can be properly informed.
• Provide an update on the November 10 comeback as the S.W.I.S.H. pre-save is also unavailable, and confirm that it is still proceeding as planned with efforts underway to make it available worldwide.
Shotties remain ready and willing to support LNGSHOT, but clear communication at this time is needed to prevent further disappointment and confusion within the fandom.
Thank you for your attention.
