Love this! Two JSerra legends!
Just a couple of @JSerraLionsBB hanging out at Target Field tonight.
1B Conversation (maybe):
AH: Have you seen how well Gage Jump is pitching.
RL: Yeah, fun to see. Best pitcher to come out of JSerra?
AH: He's only pitched in 8 MLB games.
RL: Who's pitched in more.
AH: Me. 10!

LIONS POSTGAME: Senior Blake Bowen went 3-for-3 with three RBI’s in Game 1, while junior Ayden Coleman produced a walk-off, two-run single in Game 2, as the @JSerraLionsBB team swept the visiting Buchanan Bears by scores of 7-4 and 7-6 in the Lions home-opening, nonleague doubleheader on Saturday at JSerra Catholic High School.
Bowen noted an added emphasis on staying within himself and competing on every pitch against the Bears, along with his overall satisfaction in the team’s ability to trust each other and battle back despite facing a big deficit in the second game.
Coleman spoke on his approach when he stepped into the batters’ box with the game on the line and the feeling of coming through in the clutch to give the Lions a walk-off triumph.

California Democrats new mileage tax scam
“When you add up the car tax, the gas tax, and this new mileage tax, for a family with 2 cars, a working family with 2 parents driving, they would have to pay $4,200 a year to the state of California just for the privilege of driving on crappy roads. $4,200, and that's after their income taxes. That doesn't include gas price, it doesn't include the car, the insurance. What are we thinking here?”

CNN’s already saying that the evil assassination attempt on Charlie Kirk is an example of “both sides” of today’s political divide.
No it’s not.
One side has to risk life and limb to express OPINIONS publicly.
One acts with impunity.

Mookie Betts on visualization. Take at bats in your mind before you go to bed. Visualize the pitcher you’re going to face the next day & you putting your best swings on the baseball. Try to create a vivid image of what you’re going to do & of you having success. You’ll be shocked when you go do it the next day how you feel a sense of Deja vu. Your body just knows what to do & as it’s already been there before. The power of the mind is a crazy thing! #manifesting #visualization #mentalgame

Jayden Daniels made VR training a condition for any team drafting him.
Now he's NFL Rookie of the Year and 1 game away from the Super Bowl.
His edge? Training his brain at 1.75x speed.

Bill Parcells said, "Losers assemble in little groups and complain about the coaches and the players in other little groups."
"But winners assemble as a team."
Winners dedicate themselves to personal excellence and team excellence.

Greatest game in the history of Taiwanese baseball. Chia-Cheng (Lyle) Lin hit the game-winning home run in the @Premier12 Gold Medal Game, and the former @ASU_Baseball standout spoke with me about the significance of it all. @ctba @CPBL

Great players know this truth…
The ultimate competitive battle you have is always with yourself.
The great ones get better every day.
They WIN the day.
