It’s incredible to think these images are from today, May 15th, 2026 and not from the Middle Ages

Pope Francis was the rare leader who made us want to be better people. In his humility and his gestures at once simple and profound – embracing the sick, ministering to the homeless, washing the feet of young prisoners – he shook us out of our complacency and reminded us that we are all bound by moral obligations to God and one another.
Today, Michelle and I mourn with everyone around the world – Catholic and non-Catholic alike – who drew strength and inspiration from the Pope’s example. May we continue to heed his call to “never remain on the sidelines of this march of living hope.”

Incredibly proud of my son as he wraps up his time as a Demon Deacon basketball player. Sports test, push, and challenge you—and Kev and his teammates rose to the moment on and off the court. Wake Forest was the perfect place for him, and I’m forever grateful to the coaches, staff, professors, teammates, and fans who made these four years so special.
Go Kev, go Deacs! 💛🖤 #GoDeacs #ForeverADemonDeacon

Donald Trump’s and Elon Musk’s approval ratings are falling right now. Americans are having buyer's remorse.
And you know who is feeling it the most? Republicans facing their constituents at town halls.
