We can see the words in constitutions but the lawyers say we use a special clock now called statutes and cole slaw.

Many misunderstand the judiciary to their detriment.
Judges look at the constitution’s text and rightly divide the branches so that government obeys the constitution. But many judges today begin with whatever Congress writes and then presume that it is all lawful.
That’s a hoax.
The founders knew and told that the Supreme Court were just trustees, having only expressly delegated power, and ZERO power “in relation to the rights of the parties to the constitutional compact” which are the people.
They, like the legis and exec, are to ONLY serve and obey the rights of the people as servants.
