I'm curious: how does your team deal with balancing business needs and technical needs (e.g. #Refactoring, reducing #TechnicalDebt, etc)? Do you do technical #UserStories in an #Agile team? Or do you have another way to address it? Or is it not a problem in your team?

Just recorded demo number four. Still mostly model (since it has changed again) and no UI but hopefully the last of this kind youtube.com/watch?v=vcFe9E5_…
It's decided: my new favorite software in the world is "Write" by @StylusLabs - smooth pen input on my Yoga Book (better than OneNote) - HTML+SVG as file format (great for sharing) - *excellent* UI design (e.g. undo wheel) - 100% compatible Android app - a joy to use

It began with leaders who had an insidious agenda. They understood the people needed a scapegoat, a group of "others," an outlet for fear and hatred. They chipped away at the Jews' humanity piece by piece until they became numbers then ashes. Much of the world stood idly by.

There is still a massive misunderstanding about testing: that it improves software. It doesn't. Weighing yourself doesn't reduce your weight; going to the doctor doesn't make you healthy. Those things help to identify problems that you might choose to resolve. Testing does too.
