After Ish mentioned he'd had a baby shower for his kid, Emanny asked him when he actually had the baby.
Ish said four years ago, and that he's been working with JBP for five years.
The cast wanted to know why they weren't invited to the baby shower. Some said he never even told them he'd had a baby.
When Marc asked when everyone first found out, Ice said he only learned Ish had a kid when Ish asked him where Ice's kid goes to school, because Ish was looking for a school for his own kid.
The cast felt offended and asked why Ish never invited them to his kid's birthday party. Ish said the invites come from his girl, which led Ice to ask, "So have your friends ever met your girl?"
They kept pressing him: isn't it crazy to act like that with friends you've known for 20 years?
Ish said no.
Ish is known for keeping his girl and his kid away from the cast. Most of them have never met her, and they don't even know where he lives, so the conversation hit close to home for them.

Tenn. QB ainβt threw a pass over 10 yards all day and the DC still got corners playing off. No run game stunts or blitzβs. Not attacking at all just sitting back and waiting for it to happen. This shit so disappointing smh

HOOP DREAMS was released 32 years ago today.
Originally planned as a 30-minute PBS special, Steve Jamesβs documentary grew into a three-hour portrait of two Chicago teenagers chasing basketball dreams, filmed over five years and 250 hours of footage.
