बिहार सरकार के लिए निर्धन और आवासहीन केवल SC/ST/OBC/EBC में हैं। यानी सामान्य वर्ग की जातियों से टैक्स लो और उनकी जातियों के लोगों को किसी भी स्कीम का लाभ मत दे। यही बकलोली इन्होंने हर योजना में कर रखी है। समाज को पूछना चाहिए कि हमारे पैसे का लाभ हमारी ही जाति के निर्धनों को क्यों नहीं दिया जा रहा? हर बात क्या जाति देख कर ही होगी?
