This is the story of Tibet—not just of land, but of identity and survival.
In McLeod Ganj, I met Tibetans, their conversations revealed a profound fear: what will the next generation carry forward?
Following my meeting with His Holiness the Dalai Lama, this ground report explores the Tibetan experience of exile, the uncertainty surrounding succession, and the hope that survives alongside it.
From centuries-old manuscripts to a child’s first Tibetan word, this is a story of a people preserving their connection to home.
Watch my report: Tibet - a homeland carried within.

Zelenskyy never wants the war with Russia to end.
If the war ends, a new election for President will take place in Ukraine and he would lose. Also the money laundering scam he is skimming off of from "aid" from Europe and the U.S. gravy train would be over.

NARCOTICS CONTROL BUREAU
Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India
New Delhi | 17 October 2026
OPERATION CRYSTAL HUNT: NCB BUSTS TWO CLANDESTINE DRUG LABORATORIES IN GREATER NOIDA; TWO ARRESTED
Acting on specific intelligence, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) busted two clandestine drug-manufacturing laboratories at Village Jahanabad Kadalpur, District Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, on 16 October 2026. Both were operating from rented premises allegedly converted for the manufacture and processing of synthetic drugs.
The operation resulted in the recovery of 379.740 kg of amphetamine-containing material—4.260 kg crystalline, 157.700 kg semi-crystalline and 217.780 kg liquid material—and 10 kg of pseudoephedrine. The recovered crystalline and semi-crystalline material is estimated to yield approximately 56 kg of finished crystalline amphetamine, with an indicative illicit market value of about ₹45 crore. The seizure also included large quantity of chemicals including hydrochloric acid, acetone, toluene, sulphuric acid, potassium permanganate etc. which go in the manufacturing of methamphetamine.
The premises contained substantial chemical-processing arrangements, including large-capacity heating mantles, glass reaction vessels, chemical storage drums, filtration equipment, weighing scales, respirators and other laboratory apparatus.
Two accused have been arrested so far: Destiny Abraham Dumbiri, who claimed himself to be Nigerian and Ms Lallawmzuali alias Olivia Lalchawimawii, a resident of Mizoram. Immigration records establish that Dumbiri entered India in January 2020 as Francis Kalokoh, a Sierra Leone national, on a tourist visa valid until December 2020. The use of multiple identities by drug traffickers to mislead enforcement agencies is a significant challenge and is being examined in this investigation. The second accused, Olivia, was previously arrested in a case investigated by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI), Goa, involving the seizure of 313 grams of heroin-containing powder (commercial quantity) from her checked-in baggage at Dabolim Airport, Goa, in March 2026 and presently is on bail.
The present operation follows NCB’s busting of a clandestine synthetic-drug laboratory in Kasna Industrial Area, Gautam Buddha Nagar, in October 2024, where approximately 95.5 kg of synthetic drugs in solid and liquid forms were seized. That investigation revealed suspected links with the Mexican drug cartel Cártel de Jalisco Nueva Generación (CJNG); five persons, including a Mexican national, were arrested.
NCB is tracing the financial, chemical-procurement and distribution links of the present network to identify its financiers, suppliers, technical facilitators and other associates. Further arrests and possible interstate and international linkages are under investigation.
Public appeal: Synthetic drugs pose a new challenge to control drug trafficking and drug abuse. Further, untreated discharge of chemical waste from such facilities contaminates soil, drains and water bodies, posing serious risks to public health and the environment. Clandestine laboratories may be concealed in rented houses, industrial premises or other locations. Landlords, property dealers, housing societies, Resident Welfare Associations and security personnel are urged to report credible concerns, including unusual chemical odours; frequent movement or unexplained storage of chemical drums or laboratory equipment; and suspicious storage or disposal of chemical waste to the National Narcotics Helpline MANAS – 1933.
Under the leadership of the Hon’ble Prime Minister and the guidance of the Hon’ble Union Home Minister, the Government of India is committed to building a Nasha Mukt Bharat. NCB’s intelligence-led action against clandestine laboratories and organised drug networks contributes to this national effort. The Bureau calls upon the public to remain vigilant and report suspicious activity promptly through MANAS.
