VP Sara’s defense team blew a fuse when prosecutors dropped Articles 1 & 2 mid-game.
Defense Lead Counsel Atty. Sheila Sison called the sudden move completely unfair.
According to House Prosecutor Terry Ridon, anyone upset is free to cry foul to the Supreme Court.
As for dropping the charges, the prosecution stood their ground: no rule says they can't do it.
Because, once submitted, it's out of their hands, anyway.
But since the Senate Impeachment Court accepted the move, it only means one thing: no rules were broken.

This All Souls' Day, we remember our departed loved ones, including fisherfolk, seafarers, maritime personnel and travelers whose lives were lost on the water. And we hold close those observing this day far from home.
Whatever our nationality or belief, may every family who grieves feel accompanied, and may everyone at sea return safely.

Of this ₱4.375 B INSERTION amount (net increase), approximately ₱1.91 B was carved out to fund 232 multipurpose buildings.

VP Sara Duterte’s defense team never revealed their strategy for Articles 1 to 3 after those charges were dropped.
They hid behind the sub judice rule as a convenient excuse not to talk.
But once the presiding officer lifted the sub judice rule specifically for those dropped articles to let them explain their side publicly, their reaction was to demand to be silenced again! 😂
