Early Development for Spider-Punk's Dimension. It needed to feel like something that was wheat pasted on the wall of an illegal after hours punk venue. His world pays homage to the punk posters of The Sex Pistols, Buzzcocks, My chemical Romance. #AcrossTheSpiderVerse

Been reviewing portfolios everyday for the last week.
Here are 3 questions I ask:
🔸 Does the work imply the necessary skill required for the project we’re hiring for?
🔸 Does the artist have an interesting take on ideas?
🔸 Does the artist have a clear, proactive process to get to the finish line?
After that, I have some hopes:
🙏 Please be cool
🙏 Please be considerate
🙏 Please be willing to put in the work, not just for yourself, but for the team
It’s not just about the art, it’s about trust.
And if you can provide enough confidence that we can trust you, we’ll do our best to provide an environment for you to do your best work.
😎 We’re all just tryna eat and make cool stuff.
