Could have been worse. 480’ tv tower came down near Danville, Illinois after guy wire was hit. WAND-TV, Decatur, lost a translator tower that boosted its signal along the state line. It’ll be a little fuzzy there now for Channel 17. @wandtvnews pics.

🌽USDA's October report delivered a U.S. corn yield surprise, coming in 3.5 bpa above the average trade guess.
The most notable move was +11 bpa in Nebraska. Illinois is the only major state where yield went down.

If Trump scraps the DEF and DPF requirements on farm equipment and farm plated trucks, I’ll vote a straight Republican ticket in the midterms (and forever) . One sensor fault shouldn’t shut a tractor down in the middle of a field or leave a grain truck on the side of the road.

I bought this @GE_Appliances fridge in March 2020. Six and a half years later, it’s dead. The repair quote is $2,350, which means it's time to buy a new fridge.
Meanwhile, the white fridge in my garage that looks like it's from WWII is still running strong.
For the price of one brand-new GE fridge, I could buy 30 used white fridges on Facebook Marketplace that will all still be alive after I'm gone.
