Seriously unimpressed with @AmazonUK My item went from “next stop” on Tuesday to sometime Wednesday to refund if you don’t get it by Friday. Says soent hanging around waiting. I don’t want a refund I want the item

Look like @parcelforce is cheating on the exchange rates used for VAT calculation. The rate they've used on my parcel hasn't been seen in the last 12 months. and they give you an expensive phone line to wait on hold to complain.
