It answers one recruiter question: “Why does this person fit THIS role?” That’s why the rule is simple: one CV = one target role. Marketing ≠ Recruitment ≠ Customer Service - and your CV shouldn’t try to sell all of them at once. ✅ How to tailor your CV (quick method): 🔹 Start from the job ad Pick 4–5 ads for the same role and note: repeated keywords (often bolded) must-haves you can’t ignore 🔹 Place keywords strategically (without copy-paste vibes) put your strongest match in the Profile Summary use the rest inside experience bullets as proof 🔹 Use: Duty → Action → Result (not a task list) Recruiters don’t hire “responsibilities.” They hire impact.
