Tonight, we reached an agreement with the Department of War to deploy our models in their classified network. In all of our interactions, the DoW displayed a deep respect for safety and a desire to partner to achieve the best possible outcome. AI safety and wide distribution of benefits are the core of our mission. Two of our most important safety principles are prohibitions on domestic mass surveillance and human responsibility for the use of force, including for autonomous weapon systems. The DoW agrees with these principles, reflects them in law and policy, and we put them into our agreement. We also will build technical safeguards to ensure our models behave as they should, which the DoW also wanted. We will deploy FDEs to help with our models and to ensure their safety, we will deploy on cloud networks only. We are asking the DoW to offer these same terms to all AI companies, which in our opinion we think everyone should be willing to accept. We have expressed our strong desire to see things de-escalate away from legal and governmental actions and towards reasonable agreements. We remain committed to serve all of humanity as best we can. The world is a complicated, messy, and sometimes dangerous place.

I built an AI marketing agent to run my $100K media company. After 4 months of prompting, tooling, and integrations, I built this agent that effectively replaced my content team. Here’s how it works under the hood: → Scrapes Reddit, Hacker News, X, and Google News → Publishes a Morning Brew–style daily AI newsletter (10k daily readers) → Repurposes that content into:  • viral Twitter threads (like this one)  • short-form videos for TikTok & Instagram  • Reddit posts  • high-engagement LinkedIn updates → Produces content that’s driven millions of impressions → Generates custom, brand-aligned images for every unique asset All automated. The entire system runs through Jarvis-like voice commands, powered by ElevenLabs + n8n (see video below, I literally trained it on Jarvis from Iron Man). No manual content creation. No team to manage. Runs while I sleep. I'm no longer focusing on this business, so I'm giving all this away for free. If you want the complete system, prompting, n8n templates, & setup walkthrough: Comment “AGENT” Like & Retweet Follow me (so I can DM you) I’ll send everything over.

I built a Morning Brew-style daily newsletter that writes itself with AI (now at 10,000+ daily readers) (and I’m nuts for open-sourcing it) The AI system behind @therecapai clones how a human writer would function, but each step is packaged into an agentic workstream. The full automation handles: → Daily scrapping hundreds of reddit threads, hackernews, twitter posts, Google news API to build a massive data lake of 'daily AI news' → Dozens of custom prompts to pull the top daily stories from this data lake, write short breakdowns, & format the newsletter → Builds custom images based on each story with ChatGPT image generator This was 5 MONTHS of iterating and fine-tuning prompts to get the output and content to an extremely high quality state (no AI slop) and call me crazy, but I'm giving it away for free. I'll DM you the full n8n template that you can copy/paste and fine-tune to your use-case as well as a full hour long video breakdown explaining the build. Just Like & RT, follow me, and comment on this thread "NEWSLETTER" (must be following so I can dm you) Also you can see the actual contents of the newsletter for yourself with the link below, proof of the quality that is possible with AI. RIP legacy media companies 💀 AI is here.

Google's principal engineer speaks grandly about Opus 4.5, saying it solved a problem in an hour that took some Google employees a year to work on. That wasn't on my bingo card for 2026.
I'm not joking and this isn't funny. We have been trying to build distributed agent orchestrators at Google since last year. There are various options, not everyone is aligned... I gave Claude Code a description of the problem, it generated what we built last year in an hour.

Introducing V3 of the @sequoia Generative AI market map! Generative AI's “Act 1” came from the technology-out. We discovered a new “hammer”—foundation models—and unleashed a wave of novelty apps that were lightweight demonstrations of cool new technology. The market is entering “Act 2”—which will be from the customer-back. Act 2 will solve human problems end-to-end. Some companies are already getting into the "Act 2" groove. @harvey__ai is building custom LLMs for top-tier law firms. @Glean is indexing our workspaces to make gen AI more relevant at work. @character_ai and Ava are creating digital companions. So this year we're shaking things up! We're organizing our market map by use case, not by model modality. This reflects the market's evolution from technology hammer to actual use cases and value, and the increasingly multimodal nature of applications. As with last time, we'd love everybody's help crowdsourcing the map. If you'd like to nominate a company, please fill out this form: docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1F… & stay tuned for the LLM infra map :)

Looks like Google is finally starting to add AI into their Workspace suite of tools. Have their AI automatically write emails for you or complete entire documents inside Google Docs. Source: It just popped up inside my GMail and Google Docs. 👇

One source told me that the M1 chip was designed for the computer vision system in Apple's autonomous vehicle. Hint: it's the same at AI Inferencing as an NVIDIA 3080 card is. This shows that the computer vision systems run just fine. Guess what else works the same way? Augmented Reality.
Fun fact: Do you see the white box on top? We stripped an Apple M1 Mac to its core to run visual processing onboard the robot : ) @xiaolonw @RchalYang
