What has been happening in France is shameful. @SpeakerJohnson wrote: “France is descending into chaos because they wanted OPEN BORDERS—just like the socialist Democrats in America. What we are witnessing is a chilling warning for all Americans of what happens when the radical Marxist insurgent left gets their way.”
This is the most critical midterm election in our lifetime. America as we have known it is hanging in the balance. Every Christian needs to make it an absolute priority to vote and to pray for our nation. foxnews.com/politics/violent…

On November 3, Americans have an important decision to make about the future of America.
Our freedoms, our families, and the opportunities we leave the next generation…we could lose this country!!
We must move closer to God and away from socialism/communism that seeks to harm and remove our GOD GIVEN RIGHTS. I pray for our nation.

Well, War of the Worlds (1953) is not a B film. In fact, it's a Spielberg favorite that he was has referenced in a couple of films.
Replying to @classic_film
Anyone who thinks War of Worlds. Basically a B film is better than Close Encounters clearly has an anti-Spielberg agenda

Shakespeare, Freud...it's more thematically concept than one might think. Plus Robby. And, oh yes, Anne Francis!

Ace in a day. The ultimate top gun with the right stuff? Today in 1944, 21-year-old Chuck Yeager shoots down 5 German fighters in a single mission, becoming one of the few pilots to ever achieve "ace in a day" status. The crazy part? He got the first two kills without even firing a shot.

Apollo 7 marked the first crewed flight of the Saturn IB and Apollo command and service module. A little over two months later, Apollo 8 became the first crewed flight of the Saturn V, carrying three NASA astronauts beyond low Earth orbit and around the Moon for the first time. Over the next seven months, Apollo 9 and 10 flew, and then, on July 20, 1969, Eagle landed, and Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin walked on the Moon.
These pioneers did the impossible and showed the world something extraordinary. After a very long wait, we are finally picking up where these great American heroes left off 🌖🇺🇸
The first crewed Apollo mission lifts off!
Wally Schirra, Walt Cunningham, and Donn Eisele became the first 3 astronauts to be launched on a Saturn rocket 58 years ago today. This 11-day mission in Earth orbit was an important test of the Apollo command and service module. Three months later, it would take NASA astronauts around the Moon.

Just absolutely brilliant and more to the point than anything I’ve read this year about the communist mania.
