i'm not typing this out again in tweet form but anyway here's where i'm at with the whole tech thing
series of DMs from me: the other day i was trying to explain to someone how i felt about tech and i was like when i was in college i heard a statistic that more than half of women in STEM leave the field in under 10 years and i thought, wow that's so sad, but i'm different and now i'm at year 6 and why are people so sexist and mean and racist in this field holy shit lol i know there could always be even MORE sexism if i were in law or finance or something, so comparatively it's pretty good but why am i comparing like, stepping on one poop to potentially like ten poops in other industries it's all poop
