We're inspired by Emmanuella Selasi Hormenoo's story. She is a Diabetes & Adolescent Health advocate in Ghana who was once on the brink of death & misdiagnosed during the #COVID19 pandemic.
She shares her personal battle with type 1 diabetes at #ICPPA2024.

"As someone who has experienced diabetes firsthand, it's disheartening to see that the people who need medications the most often don't have access to them. They should be the priority." – Emmanuella Selasi, Diabetes and Adolescent Health Advocate, at the #ICPPA2024 side event
