1st day using The Tree this summer. Pay attn to the starts. Some shuffle & hip turns on starts. Glaring from film : we are moving WAY TOO FAST (speed isn’t the answer in COD), our foot placement is poor(sets up angles) & not lowering COM(causing gliding). We will get better. – at Trussville, AL
