I strongly urge @TheNewSchool to immediately extend the deadline for faculty to consider proposed separation packages, to engage collaboratively and in good faith with its workers, to protect the courses and programs that make the New School a globally renowned institution and work to ensure that its legacy endures for decades to come.

Shame. How many psyche ward nurses have seen much worse and deescalated? Why do we continue sending armed aggressors in to deal with mental health issues?
