A Florida judge who questioned surrogacy's legality — a case that drew the attention of Florida's attorney general — is getting a promotion.
DeSantis this month appointed Judge Marlon Weiss to the 4th District Court of Appeal.

The Miami Beach beat reporter was open but won’t be filled.
Is the Miami Herald going to cover the City of Miami anymore?
