Will even make you appreciate military chow halls!
🚨Warning, kids: never ask your Marine parent to bust open an MRE, or you’re signing up for stale crackers, mystery meat, and a lecture on how “this builds toughness.” And if there’s jalapeño cheese—you’re done!

Updated it based on a recommendation from @rollthere 😂

I feel for this lady as I've got my own physical challenges to deal with when traveling. However, don't we all need to take accountability for our physical characteristics? Because I'll be the first to admit that, yes, "my body IS the problem!"
🔥🚨DEVELOPING: This woman released a video expressing her frustration with airlines making it difficult for ‘plus sized people to travel’ by making seats that are too small for one plus sized person to fit in. The woman stresses that ‘’my body is not the problem, the system is.’

Some great info contained in this thread. Much more informative than the common media narrative…
People say "Ultra wealthy, like Elon Musk, pay no taxes!" I reviewed actual IRS and Treasury data to understand whether that's true. Here's what you need to know:

This! Is what you're NOT seeing in the mainstream media (yes FOX incl) that this union president/figurehead makes more than 2x US president is wrong. Longshoreman worked hard through COVID, but maybe they should start w/ what leadership is stealing (I mean earning) first.
Harold Daggett earned $728,000 last year from the ILA, plus $173,000 as President of a local union branch. He drives a Bentley and recently sold his 76-foot yacht, Obsession.

Saw this at 8:36 PM EDT near Fort Lauderdale Florida. Didn’t know of a rocket going up tonight and it was headed more in SE direction. Anyone else? #NASA #SpaceX

My favorite: Section 280E of the Internal Revenue Code forbids businesses from deducting otherwise ordinary business expenses from gross income associated with the “trafficking” of Schedule I or II substances, as defined by the Controlled Substances Act

@JetBlue GAs on #2448 yesterday 09 NOV SDQFLL allowed at least 20 other pax to board before allowing me, a wheelchair and aisle chair user, to board. I had presented myself well in advance and had entered the jetway prior to other pax started walking past, clear ACAA violation

Then after arrival in FLL took nearly 45 minutes for my wheelchair to be returned to the door of the aircraft because, even though it had a gate tag, it had been brought through customs to the baggage carousel. Again, a violation of the #ACAA

@JetBlue However, I would like to pass on my thanks to the #2448 09NOV GA (a nice pregnant lady, didn't get her name) that facilitated my wheelchair's retrieval to the aircraft door as well as locating a missing suitcase of ours in baggage claim. She is an exemplary employee!

As a veteran myself, I don’t understand why some think that being thanked for their service is some sort of insult. No matter what branch we were in or what our jobs were, we wrote a check payable to the United States for a sum not to exceed our lives. Others did not.
I dont know who needs to hear this, but it's ok to simply say "thank you," when someone says Thank you for your service.

@JetBlue I was a passenger on 09 Nov flight #2549 FLLSDQ that apparently lost the #2 engine shortly after takeoff and was forced to make an emergency landing back at FLL. All the passengers were briefed on the emergency brace position and forced to demonstrate. 1/

to sit at the next gate and get some water and snacks after going through that ordeal was pretty poor customer service. 24 hours later and my family and I are still reflecting on a truly life-changing experience given the emotions (screaming, etc.) and thoughts of life… 3/

… & the alternative will be with us for eternity. @JetBlue I think the passengers on flight #2549 09 Nov deserve some substantial compensation. our lives (& the lives of your crew) have been forever changed & after 50 years of air travel, I will always look at it differently.4/4

Probably the thread with the most entertaining comments I’ve ever seen! Really, you will lose an F 35 fighter and ask the public to call the phone number if they’ve seen it? Classic! – at Tampa, FL
We’re working with @MCASBeaufortSC to locate an F-35 that was involved in a mishap this afternoon. The pilot ejected safely. If you have any information that may help our recovery teams locate the F-35, please call the Base Defense Operations Center at 843-963-3600.

@Americanair need to talk about the GA and crew of 1415 arr DFW 14Aug at A21 that allowed member of the next crew to board and scream at me to get on the aisle chair and deplane immediately, prior to my personal wheelchair arriving at the door, as I am entitled to under the #ACAA

Then @Americanair we need to talk about the GA (Camila?) working flight 934 14Aug at A18 that proceeded to board all pax with me sitting in my wheelchair at podium because contract wheelchair helpers (Prospect) were not there, a clear violation of the #ACAA

@britishairways after arriving 9/2 on BA 206 the jet bridge on the upper deck was inop and the contract wheelchair pushers refused to help, so the captain and crew had to carry me down the front stairs and even transfer me to my own wheelchair in the jet bridge downstairs.

@britishairways would you please pass on my sincere thanks to Capt Suckling, Jane, the cabin crew leader and the entire crew for their patience, and tremendous assistance getting me off BA 206 at LHR on Thursday, 9/2. They went above and beyond their duty obligations!
