Er braucht diese fiktiven äußeren Feinde, um von seinen eigenen Fehlern und der Realität an der Front abzulenken. Das Video liefert lediglich den visuellen Soundtrack zu Putins Paranoia: Man konstruiert eine Bedrohung durch Polen, Finnland oder Deutschland, um die eigene Aggression als „Verteidigung“ umzulügen. Dabei ist die Ironie kaum zu übertreffen: Während der Kreml vor einer angeblichen Zerstückelung durch Europa warnt, merkt er nicht, dass er niemanden im Westen braucht, um Ruzzland zu ruinieren. Durch seine isolationistische Politik, die wirtschaftliche Sackgasse und den sinnlosen Verschleiß von Menschenleben schafft Putin sein eigenes Land gerade ganz alleine ab.
