WTF @sainsburys?! Absolutely NO chilled and virtually no fruit/veg product coming on my order today! Value is a third of what I was expecting. What are we supposed to eat? And you didn't even send the wine so I could console myself!
It's many, many years now since we lost my Dad. This thread reminded me why dads are awesome. I still miss him – at Beeston, England

Meet Cath - I headed into the Peak District with my friend and her dog, to fulfil one of the aims I had when I started this fitness journey last year"Her Spirit has introduced me to new friends who are super-supportive and help push me to push myself. Women supporting women"
This evening I have bossed it with a 6 rep 60kg RDL using the Olympic bar. Lifted this weight before but with a hex bar. I'm feeling stronger every week 💪🏋️♀️ #strongwomen – at Beeston, England
I feel like I'm bossing 2024. Been for a walk every day, 30km+ so far, lighting candles and taking time for me to do destressing things like reading, spending time with friends, investing in PT, listening to music & learning calligraphy. I feel very lucky and want to recognise it – at Beeston, England
Never, ever, ever, ever use @askesure for your insurance. My renewal was quoted over £150 more than alternative. Told them not to renew. They did anyway. Virtually impossible to contact. Finally got through on chat yesterday. Supposedly all sorted & my money being refunded. 1/
Today I get a THREATENING email saying I owe them £220+ & if I don't pay they will send a debt collection agency. I owe them nothing, they owe me! Waiting forever on chat. Finally get through to Scott on phone, I need to be transferred. Except every time I'm transferred...
@kenpanthers Would you please be able to do a shout out tonight for my nephew, Liam Bignall, for his 24th birthday yesterday. We're here tonight with his Mum, Nicola and we're so proud of what a lovely young man he is. Thank you! – at Nottingham, England

Not going to even watch or share the Adam Johnson clip so here is his first NHL goal instead. If you want a clip a share, share this one.
