Today, we’re closing another chapter of From Friends.
What started as a collaboration between us, @eaJPark and JARS became a story of friendship, trust, and people choosing to show up for something that mattered. It became a reminder that when people come together with good intentions, even something small can carry goodness a little further.
To Jae, thank you for being someone who continues to turn your voice, your creativity, and your heart into something that reaches beyond yourself. It’s a privilege to be part of that journey.
And to every Jars, every single one, thank you for being the kind of community that keeps showing up — with kindness, trust, and a willingness to turn support into something meaningful. We’re deeply grateful to walk alongside you.
Here we’re sharing the 2nd batch's final donation breakdown openly here: docs.google.com/spreadsheets…
From the final sales, IDR 15,489,962 was donated — IDR 14,433,161 to PCRF–Al-Raja and IDR 1,056,801 to 2819 Church.
This marks the end of From Friends 2, but hopefully not the end of the friendship, the ideas, or the possibilities that brought us here.
Until the next story we get to create together 🖤
May every effort, however small, bring us one step closer to a world where every child can live with dignity, safety, and freedom.
As Jae believes, indeed, no child deserves to die.
And may Palestine be free 🇵🇸
Thank you, Jae.
Thank you, Jars.
Thank you, everyone who believed.
With so much love,
Rockologist.
What went down on Ed Sheeran’s tour is a harsh reminder of how spineless the music industry can get, but damn, it’s also proof that real artists still exist. We are throwing massive respect to Macklemore (@macklemore) and the whole crew— Finneas (@finneas), Lukas Graham (@LukasGraham), Aaron Rowe (@aaronrowemusic), and Beoga (@beogamusic) — who walked away from the tour in total solidarity. Let’s cut thru the noise: what’s happening in Gaza is a genocide, not some complicated "conflict," and treating mass slaughter as a political taboo is a total moral failure. These guys risked their contracts, paychecks, and industry standing because they knew human lives matters way more than a sold-out stadium gig. They chose a clean conscience over a fat check, and honestly, that’s what keeps the true, rebellious spirit of music alive.
Meanwhile, Ed Sheeran’s (@edsheeran) "apolitical" stance is just a masterclass in selective activism and corporate cowardice. It’s wild how loud and proud Ed was for Ukraine when Russia invaded—a safe, mainstream move that cost him literally nothing financially. But the second it comes to standing up for Palestinians, he suddenly hides behind "neutrality". What makes this silence a truly embarassing irony is Ed’s own Irish heritage. Ireland is a nation that knows the pain of colonization inside out and stands today as one of the fiercest critics of Israeli apartheid.
To top off this absolute circus, we got Pink (@Pink) jumping in with an ignorant take that completely misses the mark. By throwing shade at Macklemore, she just recycled that tired, lazy script that tries to fuse anti-Zionism with anti-Semitism. Let’s make this simple for her: opposing an apartheid regime and calling out a state-sponsored genocide has absolutely nothing to do with hating Jewish people. Its just basic human empathy. Watching a massive pop star weaponize that false narrative just to police another artist's conscience is genuinely cringey.
And Kraft,🖕🏽u!
You can choke the microphones and pull the plugs, but you can't kill a fire by stealing its stage. Vox populi, vox dei — the people have spoken, and the outcry for a Free Palestine will only grow louder.
Few days ago, the final From Friends drop went live, and today we’re already packing and sending your orders out 🫶
It feels a little surreal seeing these pieces make their way to their final homes. What started as a small project between friends has travelled much further than we ever imagined, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who chose to be part of it.
There are only 6 pieces left now:
1 Fishnet · 3 Ad Astra · 2 Loud Fruit
If you’ve been waiting for one, this is really your last chance to own a piece from From Friends. Every remaining sale will go directly toward the donations.
Once these six are gone, From Friends 2 is officially closed 🙏
fromfriends.id
Today, @ilaumanalsa one of the Jars, reached out to ask if she could pick up her Loud Fruit from our office before heading out of town, on different island far away. And we finally got to meet her in person!
She was so warm, shared the story behind why she could only get her piece now, and even brought some sweet treats for our team. It wasn’t just delicious. The thought and kindness behind the gesture genuinely touched us 🥹
We also got to take some photos together and hear some really heartfelt words from her.
Honestly, it felt like such a beautiful little moment and a lovely way to close this chapter.
Thank you, Salsa, for coming by, for the treats, for the kind words, and for being part of this journey with us 🫶
There was something that stayed with us when we saw his message.
After we told him that the remaining From Friends pieces would soon be available again on the web, the very first thing he asked was:
'How will the donation proceed?'
Not about the sales. Not about the project coming back. Not about anything else.
He wanted to know how the money would reach the people it was meant for.
And honestly, that question made us realize once again how different this person is.
He is not the kind of artist who launches a campaign, says a few words about a cause, and then moves on to the next thing. He genuinely cares about what happens after the campaign is over. He cares about where the money goes, whether it reaches the right people and whether the good intentions of everyone involved actually make it all the way to the people who need them.
And we think that matters.
Because behind every donation is more than just a number. There are people who bought something because they believed in the cause. Fans who shared the campaign, supported it, trusted it, and gave everything what they could. There are countless small acts of kindness behind every amount that eventually becomes a donation.
He seems to understand that.
He wants those intentions to arrive safely.
As a small brand, we feel incredibly lucky that our path happened to cross with his, and with a community of eaJ fans who care so deeply about things that are often overlooked, even by people with much bigger names and much bigger platforms.
What started as a collaboration between an artist and a small brand became something much more meaningful than we could have imagined.
And perhaps that's the most beautiful part of From Friends.
It was never really about the things we made.
It was about what happened when a group of people decided that a little bit of what they had could become something good for someone else.
And somehow, we got to be a small part of that story 🫶
Okay… this is finally happening 🥹
The remaining pieces from From Friends will finally be available again on fromfriends.id, starting September 3, 2026 at 8 PM WIB (1 PM UTC).
And this time, every single sale will go directly toward donations to Palestine Children’s Relief Fund (PCRF) and 2819 Church, with only applicable platform fees deducted.
That because the production costs for these remaining pieces have already been accounted for and covered in the campaign’s previous financial records. So whatever comes in from these final pieces will be given back.
We’ll also be putting some remaining Rockologist Tee pieces on the website. Just to be completely clear, this tee is not affiliated with From Friends in any way. We’re doing this simply so anyone who wants to get From Friends pieces and Rockologist Tee pieces together can save on shipping, especially for international orders.
Yes! fromfriends.id can now ship internationally directly from Indonesia!
These are truly the last pieces of From Friends in very limited quantity.
September 3, 8 PM WIB (1 PM UTC).
See you there 🖤

From the very first sketch to the final night at Prambanan.
Here is a quick look back at the journey of the KALA Series. What started as an idea on a screen turned into actual, physical pieces that we saw you wear, use, and style all across the festival grounds. Seeing this project come to life and meeting you all at the booth has been incredible.
The festival weekend is over, but as promised, KALA is an ongoing chapter. For those who couldn't grab their pieces at the venue, Pre-Order is now officially OPEN.
How our PO Batch System works?
To ensure the best craftsmanship from our local artisans, we run our production in monthly batches.
▪️ Order Window: All orders placed by the 15th of the month will be included in the current batch.
▪️ Shipping: Your pieces will be crafted and shipped out by the end of the month at the latest. (Note: Orders placed after the 15th will automatically join the next month's batch).
Secure your artifacts now at lynk.id/kala.archive
Thank you for being part of this first chapter. Now, it's time for us to get to work and start crafting your orders!

A long overdue update.
Back in January, every Rockologist Team Tee fulfilled its promise:
One Tee. One Tree.
Together, we funded the planting of 155 trees.
We intentionally held this update back.
The Rocktee was born from From Friends, and for us it didn't feel right celebrating this milestone while our responsibilities to that main project were still unfinished.
Now that everything has finally been wrapped up, we're happy to share this chapter too.
Thank you to everyone who chose to wear the tee. You didn't just support Rockologist. You helped leave something living behind.
Small actions. Real roots. See you in the next chapter.
PS: And a special thank you to @sunonmoondust, whose beautiful photograph became part of the journey through our thank-you card. We're grateful you trusted us with your work. – at Depok, Indonesia
The eternal threshold.
We are incredibly proud to finally unveil the KALA Series—an official brand collaboration between Prambanan Jazz Festival and Rockologist.
In our heritage, the Head of Kala that stands above the doors of Prambanan Temple is known as the "face of time". A festival is made of fleeting moments: the sunset, the music, the energy. KALA was born from a simple desire: to capture those temporary experiences and turn them into permanent, wearable artifacts you can actually keep and bring home.
This isn't your standard festival merchandise. We designed a complete lineup of functional distinctive pieces, to elevate your experience and outlast the weekend:
• Kawitan Chain & Gema Rupa Charms: The solid steel foundation and textured metal markers of your festival story.
•MRDU Earplug & Jantra Cord: Hearing protection that doubles as bold statement jewelry, secured by a hand-tied waterproof cord.
• Sela Mat & Anila Fan: Your portable comfort zones. A compact woven rattan mat to claim your personal space and a striking black folding fan to catch a breeze.
• Tilaka Brooch: The exclusive centerpiece featuring a local freshwater pearl. Strictly limited to just 100 pieces.
While KALA makes its debut here, it is not just a one-off run for PJF 2026. This is an ongoing series and a growing identity that will continue to evolve well beyond this weekend.
How to secure your KALA items?
1. Pre-Order: The link is dropping very soon. Make sure your notifications are on.
2. On-Ground: Attending PJF 2026? We are bringing a very limited quantity directly to our official merchandise booth at the venue.
Check out the teaser see the pieces in their natural habitat. Let us know which item you are claiming first!

This update took much longer than we ever wanted!
Honestly, I'm REALLY sorry it took this long.
Coordinating sales, expenses, taxes, payment platforms, and accounting across three countries (amidst silly world leaders regulation) turned out to be far more complex than we imagined. We didn't want to say anything until every number was properly reconciled and every donation had actually been received.
Throughout this process, @eaJPark never stopped checking in. Even while juggling tours, recordings, traveling, and everything else happening in his life, he kept asking and giving updates, discussing the best way to present the donations, and making sure we stayed true to what we promised from day one: 0% profit and complete transparency.
Today, we can finally say we kept that promise.
Together, the From Friends project donated $10,420 to the Palestine Children's Relief Fund (PCRF) and $3,156 to 2819 Church.
As promised, we've also made the complete accounting publicly available. Every sale, every expense, and every donation can be reviewed here:
docs.google.com/spreadsheets…
Thank you for your patience, your trust, and for believing that a community brought together by music could become something that genuinely helps others.
We (you especially) finally made it 🖤
Hi JARS, thank you so much for checking in and for caring this deeply 🤍
At the moment, we’re waiting for all shipments to be fully completed before finalizing the donation amount, so we can calculate the true and accurate net profit.
All shipments from Indonesia to buyers in Indonesia are already completed and fully settled. What we’re currently waiting on is the merch team handling Asia and the USA to finish their deliveries and submit their full cost breakdowns to us. Once those are in, our finance team will compile everything into one final report.
From Indonesia’s side, the numbers are already clear. We’re just waiting for the detailed calculations from the Asia and US teams. We could estimate the total now, but both we and Jae agreed it’s better to wait for the most precise and up-to-date figures.
Once everything is complete, the full net profit will be handed directly to Jae, and he will distribute it to the organizations of his choice.
Thank you for your patience, and truly, thank you for holding us accountable. It means a lot to us 🙏
Hi minrock! Just wondering if there's any update on the donation from the latest project? With the current situation in gaza and ramadhan approaching, i've been a bit concerned and would really appreciate any update you're able to share. Thank u!!😊 @rockologistwit
-ROCK TEE SHIPPING UPDATE-
We owe you a sincere apology.
We’re late.
Rock Tee shipments are running behind schedule by almost 12 days, and that is entirely ON US.
There were unexpected production issues along the way. We encountered several quality concerns during the process, and we made the decision not to compromise. We chose to slow down rather than send something that didn’t meet our standard.
At the same time, the From Friends fulfillment period happened almost simultaneously, and the volume truly stretched our small team beyond what we anticipated.
It doesn’t change the delay, but we wanted to be transparent about what happened.
The tees are now in the packing stage and will begin shipping within the next 1–2 days.
As a small gesture of apology and appreciation for your patience, we’ve included a voucher inside every Rock Tee package.
Thank you for staying with us. Thank you for your understanding. And thank you for trusting the process, even when it takes longer than it should.
We’re so sorry. And we appreciate you more than we can say 🙇♂️

@rockologistwit halo min, mau tanya. Untuk PO kaos memang belum dikirim kan ya?
Why the star charm? Good question.
At first glance, it looks like a star.
Or maybe a cross.
It’s both.
And neither.
The shape is intentional.
The charm form carries two directions at once.
Upward, like a star.
Grounded, like a cross.
One points to hope.
The other points to sacrifice.
The star has always been a symbol of guidance. Before maps, before borders, people looked up. They navigated by light that stayed steady in the dark.
The cross shape reminds us that growth is never without weight. That belief, conviction, and calling often require endurance.
Not decoration.
Direction.
Not perfection.
Perseverance.
That charm is a reminder that faith and ambition are not opposites. That reaching higher doesn’t mean losing your foundation.
It’s about staying anchored
while aiming upward.
That’s why the star is there.
As direction.
As hope.
As a quiet commitment to keep moving, toward something higher than ourselves.

Omg, we love your creativity; it does look good and intriguing on the phone back.
And that was a smart move for not peeling it off and cutting it up instead. That way, you can freely move it around different phone cases. 👏👏👏
So I didn’t just get a pin, but also a sticker for my phone case 🥺🫶🏻 Thank you so much, it looks so pretty😭😭😭❤️ @rockologistwit @eaJPark
Your writing is so good that I can't resist quoting it 🫶

Loud Friut 100% profit for Palestine!
Thankyou for highlighting one of the most important sentences in the set.
We believe it matters so much that the colonizers have tried relentlessly to bury, bc they’re afraid that people, many people, will finally wake up, realize the truth, and speak the hell up.
Standing with Palestine is not about choosing a religion or a political party:
It is about choosing whether we believe in the dignity of a human being or the power of a colonizer — by: @eaJPark x @rockologistwit
Proud to be JARS
Proud to stand with eaJ🇵🇸❤️🖤💚🤍
Thankyou so much! We couldn't agree more with what you wrote. May the fruit be the loudest fruit you ever wear, so loud it collapses the wall of the ignorance around you.
And we will definitely suggest @eaJPark to stay on @Bunkbnb next he visits Jogja!
With all the JARS too 🥳
My voice won’t be silent, I speak for stolen homes, for stolen lives,
for a land that still breathes resistance.
Because truth doesn’t need permission,
and humanity should never be negotiable Free Palestine 🇵🇸
Thanks to @rockologistwit & @eaJPark for this collaboration project.
