Meet Aliptera’s VTOL concept aircraft, built around its Lip Wing technology.
The design uses an elliptically curved wing that can generate additional lift at low speeds, combined with a tilting shrouded propeller system for VTOL and forward flight.
Aliptera says the configuration can improve aerodynamic efficiency and reduce power requirements compared with a conventional shrouded propeller.
