@InPostUK hi, when you send a parcel in your locker. Does the “your parcel has been picked up” notif kick in once scanned by the delivery driver or when the locker is open? Concerned someone has stolen something I put in our local lockers as the doors were all open an hour later

Hey @sainsburys our delivery driver had a wee in a bottle in the back of his van (where my groceries were) then so very kindly left the full bottle on the stteet right outside my house. Where do I complain?
