.@AmericanAir AA1564 a slow motion comedy of errors… 3 planes and 12 hours overnight. Is there an end?
To be clear, this isn’t a crew / staff issue, this is ridiculous operations.
- original plane w/ bad radio out of barn
- second plane parked at terminal without ground crew (this is known)
- second plane with no APU, despite this is already an overnight delay
- rather than get people to RDU on working plane @AmericanAir ops decided to deplane a second time in favor of NEXT flight
- you just had people sleep in an airport… maybe prioritize those folks and find a new plane for NEXT leg
