Maybe @Iberia_en do not understand English? Their system would not allow special meal pre-ordering, their response is that I should have pre-ordered. Their offering of veg food was ham. Their complaint form does not work, their response was to tell me to use thecomplaint form.

What do I have to do to get @sainsburys to deal with sending me out of date food? First they say it's nothing to do with them. Then they offer help but do nothing. It should not be this difficult. Maybe I should just take the overcharge to @TradingStdsBlog COR-895241
So @sainsburys won't be progressing my refund for delivering this on 29 June FOUR HOURS before the use by ends and even having the cheek to charge full price. Really?
