Why weren’t drones used to survey the area prior to or during the event?
Seems the quickest, easiest and most elementary way to get big picture of area. Makes NO sense
So even in light of recent past events we haven’t learned to check rooftops yet? Perhaps send up a drone or three for the entirety of every outdoor event. Seems rather elementary for sophisticated law enforcement team equipped with swat teams, armored cars, bomb units
