Every year, like clockwork, within a couple days of corn silage harvest the geese move in.

It’s a giant playground at the @outdoorfarmshow Kids had a blast! I’m exhausted. 😂

There goes today’s profits. 😳 10 years pushing manure to pit 6 times per day. Thankfully cable was fine. Shoutout to @DortmansB for getting us fixed up.

Sure is beautiful. But please don’t hail. 🙏 #onstorm

Robot swap complete! Can’t give enough praise to the entire team at @NorwellDairy for overcoming some hurdles and working overtime to get this done. @DeLavalCanada

Kicking off plant 26 with some @PioneerSeedsCA P23Z58 soybeans on our sandiest (and only dry) field. Looking at the 14 day forecast and trying to stay positive. 😬

My daughter goes out for the bus at 8:15, and waits beside the lilac bush until the bus arrives at 8:20. She stayed home today. At 8:17, a truck lost control, drove through the lilac before striking the pole. Reminder that nothing in this world is random, God is in control. 🙏

Cleaning up fence rows. Anybody need some rocks? Bring some friends to help you load them 😂

Great work by Seven Hill Farms - Making fine bedding and dry cow feed for the winter months. 🐄 Thankfully the wind was working with us today.

Looking for couple 25 ft culverts. 30 or 36” diameter. Anybody got some sitting out back? Where is the best place in southern Ontario to source them?

Forage rye has nicely emerged. Would it be a mistake to run a roller across it now? Trying to keep the stones out of the cutter next May.

Interesting to see how @PioneerSeedsCA corn varieties have responded to variable conditions across the territory.

Huge thanks to @GJHarvest for letting us take this green machine for a test drive today. Very nice machine. @CLAAS_America

Was a nice day for a climb up the silo. The older I get, the more I appreciate the view from the top.

Good year to fix the wet spots that are never dry. 13Z28’s looking awesome despite the tough season. @PioneerSeedsCA

Fungus or delicacy?

Kids had a great time in Jarvis today. Thanks to the Walpole antique farm machinery association for organizing a fun day and reminding us all how easy we have it today. 😂

Oscar getting the job done on this field of @PioneerSeedsCA P9466AML.
