Anyone have a possible explanation for why such large blocks in tightly held $HLF get shifted around on a daily basis?
Replying to @robinivski
Another 565K block added so it turns out my observation earlier today wasn't wrong.
1 million shares traded throughout the day.
729K shares shifted at the close.
All there, for all to see - it's unbelievable.
People mad at $CCXI because they got caught up in FOMO and paid 50% more than what it trrades for today, made a mistake when they bought and make a second mistake now in blaming everyone and everything other than themselves.
Great explanation and timely to pump the stock when the markets take a breath. To complete the $IREN picture: cash in "Construction has been funded from cash" comes from dilutive ATM offering and will continue to do so because future cash flow gets spent upfront via prepayments.
A lot of questions this week on funding, so here's how a GPU typically gets funded at $IREN.
First, the customer signs a multi-year take-or-pay contract and agrees to a prepayment. On our recent 3-year contracts, prepayments have been 45% to 55% of the associated GPU capex.
Second, financing is committed, secured by the contracted GPUs. On the Microsoft contract we secured an A-rated facility at around 6%, which together with prepayments covers 96% of GPU capex. More recently, for a non-investment grade counterparty at Mackenzie, we secured financing at 9% fixed, which together with prepayments covers more than the full cost of the GPUs.
That's the GPU side. The data centers are a separate, long-term asset base, and we own the ones our GPUs run in. Construction has been funded from cash to date, with no debt against these multi-billion dollar assets. As they come online with contracted customers, they can support financing in their own right.
The processes behind the next facilities are continuing, and new paper will cost what the market charges. With GPU paybacks of around two years on our recent 3-year contracts, a wider spread barely moves the economics.
There's more customer demand than we can build for. As we noted at our recent earnings, 2026 is largely sold out, recent 3-year contracts are at more than double the prior year's pricing, and demand for anything we can bring online in 2027 covers it several times over, with prepayments a focus in every negotiation. Conversations on 2028 capacity are already underway.
Meanwhile announced capacity keeps slipping across the industry, which is the point: signing deals isn't the bottleneck in this market, bringing GPUs online is, and that's our focus.
With a first full quarter delivering to MSFT in the books is it fair to say that next earnings will provide some reference to finally put a value to $IREN that goes beyond the broken math most investoors rely on?
Omg

I did not expect this. Thoughts? 👀
Looks like vulgar bear porn but this conversation is really more like subtle bear erotics. I love it as a genre but it makes me really worried about what's to come

Today we tip one out for the Tesla Roadster 2. One of the prettiest pieces of vapourware ever produced by Tesla, laid to rest yesterday after nine years of hopes and prayers.
We never knew you, because you never existed. But you'll live on forever in the archives of things Musk promised and never delivered.
Feels like part of what defines smart people is that they stay away from $PLTR which is a shame because something's not right about this company's financials and its valuation but nobody is willing to throw a dart and what might be going on.

Trading isn't that difficult
$BSP investoors buying at $53 on news that Berkshire Hathaway bought in via private placement at $33.
See - you're not in Buffett's boat, guys
$SPCX down on reports of commoditization of space technologies 🤪
I hate to be the one to burst the Tesla bubble today, but the spectacular “flight” we witnessed at the Roadster reveal needs a little context. The car is carrying around 250kg of compressed air, plus the weight of the tanks, valves and thrusters needed to contain and release it.
Based on the published figures, that gives it roughly 1.5–2 seconds of maximum thrust before the system needs to be refilled.
In short, it's a gimmick.
I don't understand why people on here are complaining about $IREN so much. Okay, it's richly valued but it is moving in the right direction, no?
