Congratulations to @Sagal_AW. I wish her the very best in representing this amazing place.
I'm proud of the campaign we fought. To go from 10% to 33% of the vote share during the PM's 'bounce' is good - but our ambitions are far higher.

Just shy of 33% is a good result for the Greens (slightly above okay). North of 35% would have been very good.
But two things stand out: the very low turnout; and Labour getting a high 45% while LDs and Tories shrank back.
That indicates lots of tactical voting against Polanski. I suspect the Greens won in Somers Town (which they lost in May) but had reverses in most other places, especially the north of the constituency.
I don’t think losing by 3000 votes, or getting 33% should bother Polanski, but a bloc of voters mobilising to stop him probably should. It’s also clear the ground game in Holborn and St Pancras was nothing like Gorton & Denton. But, in truth, so much of that was powered by a deep, powerful disdain for Keir Starmer. It was extraordinary, really. I saw Labour *members* canvassing for Hannah Spencer.
Some puzzling features of this campaign: Polanski didn’t do much media, or innovate with social first content. You’d hear the refrain he’s canvassing instead. Great. But his comparative advantage is that stuff - and this was a young seat. Wouldn’t have made the difference, but a strange choice nonetheless.
Worth saying that, with this kind of performance nationally, the Greens would win circa 20 seats.
BUT it’s also clear they’ve lost momentum, and voters are increasingly likely to vote to STOP them than before. That could be an issue going forward.

that's actually the point of the brand!!!! so sober folks dont feel left out when at concerts and parties. you see a tall can and dont automatically single them out for drinking water.

I grabbed one because I thought it was beer only to realize it was water. But that was the only one i consumed.
Feels almost redundant to point out how racist and intimidatory behaviour like this gets barely, if any, attention compared to, say, dismantling a components factory providing tools for enabling genocide.
Feel like it’s gonna be a lot closer than that

They give noose pins to their children to celebrate the execution of Palestinians, and you want me to believe Zionism isn’t a racist ideology? Their entire identity is tied to this project of hate and dehumanization of an entire group of people. We recognize exactly what this is.
