What has generally passed for "Western Liberal Democracies" will largely live or die by which approach dominates. WLD's are a once (thus far) in history event. there is nothing to guarantee they go on, nor that something like it would ever happen again.

This is a perfect example of health influencer do-goodery that is nothig ore than fear mongering. If there is an infectious disease outbreak due to this action will you @unhealthytruth and @KenPaxtonTX take responsibility for the morbidity and mortality which may occur? You'd both do well to read everything available from @ThomasSowell but I'll leave you with a short bit to consider: "There are no solutions, only tradeoffs..." There is not a moments thought to the risk reward of what you are pushing for here. AND, not surprisingly, no one in this story has any background in toxicology. A chlorine spray can dramatically reduce both viral an bacterial contamination, and all one need do to mitigate the chlorine is rinse the damn veggies.
SPROUTS secretly misted chlorine pesticide on ALL your food/produce day & night, organic included. As I told you previously, I wrote AG Ken Paxton, who follows me on X. He just forced Sprouts to stop. 90 days. Then Sprouts can never spray your food again. Thank you Ken🙏💪
91%Awesome! Thx AG Paxton!

A Nobel Laureate Says Growth Is Doomed. He Is Wrong youtu.be/8GYDQU5ftBs?is=u093… via “Degrowth” is absolute bolllocks and it’s a litmus test for if the individual or group advocating for it, or fighting it, hate or love humanity.

How Vienna solved the housing crisis youtu.be/9S7wwmJtuac?is=HWT-… Interesting piece, but at the end of the day, this really all boils down to supply and demand. The places that seem to have the best pricing tend to have the most house building.

Seeing this “study” going around? It’s a flawed basic understanding of biology and tests. Plus click-bait headlines tying this to dietary xylitol, when the very testing methodology has nothing to do with that. The data in the report says higher BLOOD xylitol linked to 57% elevated incidence of heart attack and stroke. The headline says “xylitol found in gum linked to higher heart attack risk” This is so bad. The blood test for xylitol is done FASTED. Dietary xylitol has been shown to have a 15-20 MINUTE half-life in your body. This means that dietary xylitol is literally long-gone by the time the test is collected. The xylitol measured in these results is what the BODY MAKES. That simple fact is baked right into the method of data-collection. But why bother checking into those kinds of things these days? Fear-maxxing is a better strategy for reach. And accountability is all but zero. The actual story here? The body makes about 10g of xylitol a day in the normal course of business. Kidney disease or reduced kidney function increases blood xylitol. So does liver failure, insulin resistance, and oxidative stress. You know… the things we’ve well established as connections to heart disease and stroke.
BREAKING: Xylitol, the popular “sugar-free” sweetener found in gum, candy, and more, has been linked to a higher risk of heart attack and stroke. Another reason to look beyond the “sugar-free” label. “Sugar-free,” “low-carb,” and “zero sugar” don’t tell you the whole story. Read the ingredients. Know what you’re consuming. And when you can, keep it simple with real, whole foods. medicalnewstoday.com/article…

A LOT of money and effort is put into various observational studies. In some cases this may be early days, and thus appropriate. In other cases it may be the best we can do given the complexity of the situation. In many cases what emerges is an opportunity to cook the numbers in a way "we" want. "Target Trials" have the nomenclature of rigor, yet deliver none of the goods. Target trials are a failed methodology open.substack.com/pub/vinayp…
