If students aren’t getting enough physical education, movement, & recess, don’t blame them when they get restless, fidgety, & can’t focus in class. Children are active by nature & need to move. Exercise enhances focus, self regulation and brain performance.
So true. They are highly skilled and work tirelessly with our most vulnerable children.
