9:20 pm, it’s dark, and a group of 4 kids just rode their bikes past me while on a walk. Both boys and girls, and they were probably around 12yo and it felt like such a nostalgic blast from the past. You never see kids by themselves, let alone during summer nights.
Reminds me of another time I was walking by the el. school in my neighborhood, in the dark. I suddenly heard voices & was on alert to be aware of my surroundings when I realized it was actually just kids talking on the gym equipment. Brought back my own teen years #wholesome

I remember an article in the 90s about how American celebrities don’t do commercial ads here, but things were changing & they were starting to be seen in ads overseas. Fast forward to today, I myself (a no one) could pay some celebrity on Cameo to make an ad for my small business
Love dealing with all the Fake it and Made it people. The saying is Fake it UNTIL you make it, not lie on your resume, chum up with people in power, and then designate all the things you are supposed to do (and fix the things you screwed up) to anyone and everyone you can bully.
