@OctopusEnergy I’m sorry but when did paying almost £200 a month for energy become normalised? We used just barely the heating we needed and still had to wear jumpers and use duvets this month. Can’t wait for next month’s bill to be equally as awful. What a country.

Surprise surprise @OctopusEnergy are not reversing their decision, they have double downed and they have raised a complaint. Guess who will be managing this complaint….The person who originally sent the us the bill. Great company.

Still waiting for this manager to call back. Since then the installation has been held back until next year. I really need an explanation into this, it’s beyond a joke now. 5 months+ to install internet. Shocking.

@Se_Railway making me extremely late for work twice this week. They claim to make it is to claim journeys back with their ‘one click repay’ but they just reject all claims or prolong them by asking for information you’ve already provided. Awful service.
