Contacted them again to see what's happened and what they have done.
Again #nothing. Was told by Jane that there are no management to speak to, the so rudely said to me 'Are you listening' and when I said you're not listening to me me said 'No'. #poorcustomerservice
I am sure I am not the only person to have this happen to them.

Time to report them to the Information Commission for miss handling my personal information.

What a shambles @dpdUkSupportTm are. Was meant to have a parcel delivered yesterday in the morning, delivery driver couldn't be bothered to go the the address so just put it down to 'can't find address'
They have GPS and a SATNAV to help them, it's not hard.
