@O2 why do we have no data connection even though it's showing a full 4G signal in SO51? It's not a phone issue as mine isn't the only one with the problem in the same area
Yeah tried that, got cut off twice after being on hold for 35 minutes and 40 minutes whilst being transferred
@HMRCcustomers why am I being charged interest and being told my PAYE payment is late when it's set up on direct debit?
It says a mast isn't working properly in the area, it's been saying that for about a year now. Can you please give a definitive answer as to whether or not it will improve any time soon or I will have to switch to Vodafone after being an O2 customer for years?
@O2 why has your network reception got so poor? Virtually nonexistent where it used to be a good signal!

@O2 why have we had no 4g coverage in our area for weeks now? Your website just says the area is busy but there has never been an issue before. It's not just my phone effected either
@bt_uk we've had a perfect introduction to your services. An engineer called to install the line and set up broadband, he tested it and said it would all be up and running by midnight. It isn't and now you're saying there is a fault that won't be fixed until midnight on the 11th!
