This week @jvisserlabs explains the death of hedge funds and why so many of them are blowing up.
We cover the lessons from LTCM, why CPI doesn't matter anymore, whether Anthropic growth is slowing, why bitcoin is holding strong, how tokenization could reshape Wall Street, and Elon's flying car.

Give @NickJFuentes and the other H-1B critics their blue checks back. @x @elonmusk @XCreators
This is not enforcement.
This is a blacklist with ZERO explanation.
Nick has over a million followers.
He tried to get Premium.
X said no: “your account is not eligible.”
He asked why.
Premium Support said a “thorough investigation” found the account “violating our policies,” then dumped a billing-basics link that does not name a single post, date, or rule.
He asked the only question that matters:
Which policies?
They escalated it to a specialist, then came back with the same script.
Support is “unable to provide additional information in order to prevent the potential misuse of our policies.”
Read that again.
They will not say what he did, because saying it would let him answer it.
A rule you will not name is not a rule.
It is a veto.
Yesterday the official account posted “X is for everyone.”
Not for the people who criticized H-1B visas.
Not for one of the biggest creators on the app. Hasan can buy a check.
Nick cannot even get told which line he crossed.
I have been demonetized on X for years,
so I have nothing to lose by saying this plainly.
X has spent three years selling itself as the free-speech alternative to YouTube, Twitch, and the rest.
You cannot compete with Rumble or Kick while punishing creators under rules your own support team is forbidden to articulate.
Demonetized, de-badged, shadowbanned, and then told the reason is confidential.
That is not a platform. That is a fucking bullshit and the main reason why X will NEVER be taken seriously.
Elon marketed this app as free speech in 2023 and 2024.
The receipts say otherwise.
Unless you are useful to the owner, the checkmark is not for sale and the violation is not for discussion.
Name the post.
Name the rule.
Or give the checks back.

Nick Fuentes just posted screenshots asking why he's not eligible for Premium Plus.
They told him he supposedly violated policies but they were unable to say which policies for some weird reason..
Nick 100% deserves a Blue Checkmark like everyone else.. This is not Free Speech.

Go f*ck yourselves @jennystrasburg @WSJ if you think I'll be part of your smear campaigns.
The desperate coordinated legacy media "hit pieces" are still being set up, this time at @elonmusk again.
The dispatches hit piece was supposed to discredit me, and they were to hit Elon with "oh look what he's done, and you supported him", but I completely destroyed them.

In 1900, the White population in the U.S. was 87.9% of the total population. By 1950, this figure had risen to 89.5%. However, since then, the percentage of the population identifying as White has steadily declined. In 2020, it was 57.3%.
Globally, the proportion of the population identifying as White has been decreasing since 1900. In 1900, Europe held a quarter of the world's population. This share is predicted to shrink to 7% by 2050. Simultaneously, the population of non-Hispanic whites has decreased by 3%. Globally, the percentage of people identifying as white is estimated to be around 16%, with some estimates as low as 7%.

Elon Musk: "I think if we operate with extreme urgency, then we have a chance of making life multi-planetary. It’s still just a chance, not for sure. If we don’t act with extreme urgency, that chance is probably zero
The rate of innovation is not going to be constant; it’s either going to increase or it’s going to slow down. If you look at American access to space with a crew, we were able to go to the moon in ’69. Then with the Space Shuttle, we could only go to low Earth orbit. Then the Space Shuttle retired, and for almost a decade, America had no access to space with people
So this is a pretty bad trend, it's trending to zero. We need a very strong trend in the other direction in order to have any chance whatsoever of making life multiplanetary. So that's the reason for the extreme sense of urgency."

I don't add bananas to my smoothies.
Why?
Not because bananas are bad (I love bananas). They contain polyphenol oxidase, an enzyme that can break down polyphenols. And studies suggest that when you add banana to a blueberry smoothie, you may absorb fewer of the beneficial polyphenols from the berries!
So instead, I use avocado. It gives the smoothie the same creamy texture with the bonus of monounsaturated fat in avocado, which can increase absorption of carotenoids like lutein and zeaxanthin from kale - nutrients important for eye and brain health.
I talked about this recently on my appearance on The Mel Robbins Podcast.

The next decade may be the most consequential longevity window of our lives.
In a brand-new episode of the FoundMyFitness podcast, I sit down with immunologist and aging researcher Dr. Derya Unutmaz (@DeryaTR_) to explore a provocative possibility: AI may accelerate medicine fast enough to change what aging, cancer, and disease prevention look like within our lifetimes.
Derya is not making these predictions from the sidelines. OpenAI has repeatedly featured his work as evidence that frontier models can contribute to real scientific discovery—including a case study in which GPT-5 helped his lab solve a three-year-old immunology mystery.
We discuss how AI is already compressing months of biological analysis into hours, how digital twins could personalize treatment and shorten clinical trials, and whether disease could be predicted years before symptoms appear.
We also get into:
• Why he believes the next 10 years could add decades to human lifespan
• Why cancer is so difficult to cure—and why he thinks that may change
• When avoiding AI support could become medically irresponsible
• What supercentenarians reveal about engineering greater resistance to aging
• How cellular reprogramming might restore younger biological function
• How to begin building a simple “mini digital twin” from your own health data
You do not have to agree with every timeline to appreciate the stakes. This is one of the most ambitious conversations we have had about the future of biology and medicine.
The episode is available now on YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts. Links in the comments below.
