I've seen quite a few people react to that recent Tribune piece by trying to make it about CAIR. It's nonsense. The Texas GOP convention was, from gavel to gavel, a stream of nativism and anti-Muslim bigotry. It was everywhere. It wasn't about CAIR. It was about Islam. #txlege

Muslim delegates at the party’s convention faced multiple attempts to eject them from the premises—at one point, they were told to leave the country.

Do you know how everyone looked at their kids education during covid, seems synonymous with how parents look at loans for college degrees. Education is evolving and more people are pissed at the present state. I have no skin in the game. But a lot of people do.
