Track Action delay - 14:00 update ⚠️ As we wait for visibility to improve, the new provisional pitlane opening time for the MotoGP Grand Prix at the Red Bull Grand Prix of Australia is now 16:00 local time. Due to the delays caused by the poor visibility affecting the operation of the medical helicopter, the Moto3 and the Moto2 races have both been cancelled.

After the race, Fernandez went straight to a medical assessment with the MotoGP Medical Director and it was found that while the finger fracture is stable, there is inflammation of the soft tissue around the fracture. He has now been declared unfit to take part in the Grand Prix of Australia, on Sunday and will travel to Malaysia for a further medical assessment, on Thursday, to determine if he is able to ride at Sepang. #AustralianGP | @25RaulFernandez
