On Tuesday, Sierra announced Personal Agent Protocol with Meta, Genesys, Instinct, Rocket, Shopify, Stripe, and Walmart. The response has been incredible and today we’re publishing the first draft of the protocol at personalagentprotocol.org and announcing 35 new design partners. As personal agents take on more, our goal is simple: consumers have choice and control, and companies know when they’re dealing with an agent and who it represents. This draft is a starting point. We’d love for companies, developers, and personal agent builders to read it, give feedback, and help us build an open standard together.

The way you manage agents on the Sierra platform has evolved from signing into Sierra to engaging with Ghostwriter in Slack. The first time Ghostwriter proactively @-mentions you when it notices an issue or suggests running an A/B test you hadn't thought of, it changes your conception of how enterprise software should work. Really proud of the team that built this xitter.cf/btaylor/status/2104657…

After my Army time ended I struggled with working out thinking I could do it on my own without a coach. I struggled for a couple years then found @futurefitapp and it’s been amazing since day one. The perfect blend of a trainer pushing you with customized workouts that you can do anywhere. I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in.

Meet Assistant Coach AI. It's the new state-of-the-art in AI coaching. From day one, our aim at @futurefitapp has been to give people help to manage their day-to-day health by pairing them with an expert coach. Over the years, we have coached people from all walks of life – from beginners to Olympians. And in doing so, we've built a massive, highly-structured data set around coaching and human performance. This allowed us to train a series of proprietary models that, together with today's most powerful LLMs, allow Assistant Coach to help interpret a member's needs, craft an action plan, design highly-personalized training plans, and drive accountability. Our brilliant coaches at Future already harness the power of Assistant Coach, and we believe every coach in the world should be using these tools. We're excited to continue combining the best coaches and technology to expand the reach and scale of coaching to billions of people globally. When evaluated head-to-head in a rigorous process, Assistant Coach far outperforms all of the largest AI models on the market. It scores more than 50% better than every other model tested on four of five key criteria, creating training plans that are far more effective, personalized, and safe. Check out what Assistant Coach can do. If you find this interesting, let me know what ideas you have.
