"I designed my sequencing plan with AI agents, took it to Dana-Farber, and they validated it." That's @miriamgonp, an engineer in Spain with metastatic breast cancer who's building her own vaccine plan. I'm chasing the same thing in the US, and we're both in the same spot: standard treatments buy time, but delay is the game, not a cure. Neither of us wants to sit back and watch how that runs out. We could each do this quietly in private, but what's the fun in that? Doing it in the open means someone else might see it and realize they can do this too. It gets the industry paying attention, which is how this gets cheaper and faster for the next patient, and at the very least it makes the whole process far more transparent than it's ever been. The interesting part is that we're going about it differently. She drives the design herself with AI and has the experts check her work. I went the other way and handed the design to the experts at Serova. I have no idea which approach is better, and I love that we get to find out. I also love that you all get to watch us explore the cutting edge of curing cancer in real time! What a time to be alive! Which path would you take? Miriam's? Or mine?

So here's an experiment. Took my second to last article, prepared a script based on that, and made a 90 second video with the main ideas of the topic. What do you think? youtu.be/KmXY-rN6R9A

This resonated. A LOT
new post: the senior engineer death spiral sunilpai.dev/posts/the-senio… a friend just started a big job and asked for some advice. so I braindumped a monologue about a super common failure mode I see with engineers and posted it here, hope it helps whoever it can.

We're adding support for AGENTS.md to Claude Code. Starting today in version 2.1.277, if there is no CLAUDE.md in a folder, Claude will check for and use AGENTS.md. You can toggle this behavior in /config.

So… I asked my agent to fix my flaky away-from-home network. And it did it, only by tuning my laptop. @kirodotdev CLI on auto-model selection. max. It works, it really works. What it did is irrelevant because each network fails on a different way. But boy…

So today I was able to successfully clear one of the hardest dungeons in modern era. I cancelled an Adobe subscription, and wasn't charged extra for the troubles.

Continuing the LLM series. This time a rant on Claws and automatic memory management. Context poisoning, model stubbornness and burning tokens on data I didn't ask for. This is a personal take, and I might be wrong about everything. Your mileage may vary rlbisbe.net/2026/06/06/llm15…
