Joanne Carducci, who you know on Twitter as as JoJo From Jerz, told a podcast this week that a Trump Lawyer sent her a letter threatening that she would lose her home, be bankrupted unless she retracted some of her posts.
Although the letter was sent months ago this is the first time JoJo has made it public.

Heartbreaking new photo of former NHL star Ron Duguay. 💔
The 69-year-old former New York Rangers forward is battling stage 4 colon cancer that has spread to his liver, and his daughter, Shay Thomas, has shared an emotional photo of him in a hospital bed.
Alongside the photo, she made a simple but heartbreaking request:
“We need all the prayers we can get.”
Duguay has been dealing with serious health complications throughout his cancer battle, and his family continues to stand by his side.
A tough sight for anyone who grew up watching him play.
Sending strength to Ron and his entire family during this incredibly difficult time. ❤️🙏
